Smith was also arrested Aug. 25 at 12:32 p.m. and charged with improper conduct, and again on Aug. 28 at 9:20 a.m. on an outstanding warrant out of Westville, police said. 


She was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility in lieu of $485 bail.
